How did you find the CCSA?I'm sitting mine on Tuesday.Now in theory, I should walk it. I've been using Checkpoint for over a decade at this point, most of that as either 3rd line support or consultancy at MSPs, I've just never bothered to get certified (I need it because I'm meant to be going to TAC in Tel Aviv in November for the R80 advanced troubleshooting course).I'm a little worried because the study guides suggest that theres a lot of questions regarding things that aren't really applicable to day to day operations. Stuff like 'What SIC uses for encryption On R71 Security Gateways and above?' , and there seem to be a lot of 'where do you find option X' type things (I run almost entirely on muscle memory at this point, I couldn't tell you where most options reside, but I know how to get to them).
